He's just a baby, fresh outta high school but his song Whats It In For? has a sophistication that is well beyond his years.
Avi got his big break when Aaron Embry (who has worked with Elliott Smith and Emmylou Harris) asked him if he would like to record in his home studio. Shortly after, Subpop picked up Avi and he and his bandmates were on their way to recording their first album.
